Trauma is one of the most destabilizing experiences a person can experience. Trauma-focused therapy and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing) can help.

Different than traditional talk therapy, EMDR allows clients to process traumatic experiences without having to discuss the story in detail. Many times, EMDR therapy can be completed in fewer sessions than other modalities.

EMDR can be used to address:

  • PTSD

  • chronic pain

  • anxiety, panic attacks, or phobias

  • depressive disorders

  • grief & loss

  • past trauma & abuse

  • sleep disturbances

Other trauma recovery modalities I use in sessions include somatic processing and embodiment work, meditation, breathwork, and the 4-D Wheel.

If trauma is a part of your story, it doesn’t have to be the ending. Let’s work together to find your way through.

I offer sessions in-person in the Heights area and virtually.
